I've spent 20 years in property, most of it on the buyer's side of the negotiating table across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast.
I started Geelong First Homebuyers because so many first home buyers don't need someone to buy for them. They need someone experienced to explain the process, check their thinking and stand beside them at the big moments.
I also built Property Wealth Calculator so buyers can run real numbers before they commit.

What I don't do
I don't give financial, credit, legal or tax advice, and I don't recommend particular lenders or loans. For borrowing capacity and loan options, speak to a licensed mortgage broker or lender. For your contract and Section 32, use a conveyancer or solicitor. I'm happy to work alongside them.
How the articles on this site are written
I write and review every guide myself. Information about grants, schemes and stamp duty is checked against official sources, such as the State Revenue Office Victoria, the Australian Government's first home buyer schemes and Consumer Affairs Victoria, and each guide shows the date it was last reviewed.
